We believe in our realistic panda plush products and are confident that you will love them as much as we do.
Every realistic series panda product we sell comes with a 100% handmade and 100% quality guarantee. Each lifelike panda plush is unique and exclusive. Therefore, we can't offer you a refund, return or exchange on our handmade panda products. All realistic panda plushies sales are final.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you are welcome to contact us at within 30 days of your purchase, we would love to chat with you and listen to your valuable feedback and comments. We also believe that in the end, we will be able to negotiate a satisfactory result.
For other panda peripheral products:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our panda peripheral items, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days of the date you received the items, and we will be happy to refund the purchase amount to you by PayPal.

Please note the following minor exceptions to our normally generous returns policy:
  • 1. Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags still attached.
  • 2. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, please make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
  • 3. We will make the refund within 2 days once we received the new original, unused and undamaged return item. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or damaged products through customer mishandling.

Shipping Charges on Returns or Exchanges
Shipping charges incurred for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item(s) are being returned because they are defective. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges that result from a refund or exchange.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
