1. International Shipping Service
We offer standard shipping service for all countries' customers.According to the different countries, we provide different shipping methods. We usually used USPS, China Post Air, EUB etc shipping methods. The normal shipping speed is around 10-28 days.
2. Shipping Charges
For our realistic series of panda stuffed animals, we provide worldwide free shipping.For our other panda peripheral products, shipping charges are based on country, weight, and volume. You can see the corresponding item shipping fee on the checkout page.
3. Fast Shipping Service
If you are in a hurry to get the item. We also provide fast shipping services (FedEx, UPS or DHL) for our customers. The normal shipping speed is around 3-7 days.When you place the order, you can choose a fast shipping method, it will charge a shipping fee starting with $25.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Processing Time
Handmade realistic panda plush is very time-consuming, so the leading time ranges from 5 to 15 days, depending on the order of payments. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from hello@pandafactoryshop.com once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 2 days.6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pandafactoryshop.com will responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order during shipping. 7. Delivery Time
Once your order is confirmed, we will arrange the handcrafted production of realistic panda bears. After the products are finished, we will ship out your order within 2 business days. Estimated transit time: 6 - 30 business days.We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.
