Orders

1. How to place an order?
To place your order, select the item(s) that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart.
Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order.
Make sure to double-check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure that you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

2. How do I know my order was successful?
If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation within the next 10 minutes via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page.
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us via hello@pandafactoryshop.com.
3. Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you don't. Registration is optional. However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of the possibility of registration.

4. How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
If you need to change quantities on one of the items in your order or cancel an item in your order, please feel free to email us at hello@pandafactoryshop.com as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you with any changes to your order, and can send you an updated copy of your invoice with the new changes reflected.
5. How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a link for you to track your package.
6. What if my order is a gift?
A luxurious handmade realistic panda plush with superior quality is a wonderful gift idea. The billing and shipping addresses can be different, so the realistic stuffed panda can be sent directly to the recipient.
7. How long does it take for a realistic panda plush order to be completed?
Each realistic panda takes 3-5 days to handmake. We will make and ship out depending on the order of payments. Usually, it takes 10-18 business days for delivery. But we can't guarantee if it's in peak season, there may be a delay for a few days.

Account

1. How do I create an account?
To create an account, please follow the steps listed below:
  • 1) Click the "Create An Account" link at the top right-hand side of our website.
  • 2) Enter your name, email address, and password.
  • 3) And click the "Save".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Please note that Panda Factory Shop never sells our customer's information to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
2. How do I edit my account information?
If you want to edit any of the information on your account, simply click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site, then click "Information" to edit your account information.
3. I cannot log in. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot your password?" link to get your password back.

Payment

1. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Panda Factory Shop offers secure payment methods, you can choose to pay with Credit Cards, Visa, Debit Cards, Mastercard, Paypal.
All available payment options are displayed on the checkout page.
2. Is my payment information safe?
Our transaction and payment details are directly handled by secure encryption, and under strict banking standards.
Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Panda Factory Shop.
3. Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, you don't need to pay the extra tax. The price of the product display already includes all duties or VAT taxes.
4. When will my credit card be charged?
In order to secure your order, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
5. I have a question about my charges.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to review your "Order history and details". You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
6. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to print invoices.
9. Can I pay without creating a PayPal account.
Yes, when you are on Paypal, scroll that page down for a little bit, and you would find an option to pay without creating a PayPal account.

Shipping

1. What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
All orders are shipped by USPS, FedEx, DHL, EUB, etc by default depending on your country, the normal shipping speed is around 10-18 business days. If you are in hurry to get the item, we also provide fast express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, it will charge a shipping fee starting at $25, the normal shipping speed is around 3-6 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
2. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, Panda Factory provides a worldwide shipping service.
3. How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with a link for you to track your package.
4. I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
Panda Factory Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service so we can assist you.
5. When will I receive my order?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Our average delivery time is approximately 10-18 business days, once we ship the products from the outside. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6. I haven't received my package yet – What do I do?
If you have received your package, we urge you to directly contact your local shipping office, they will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will look into this for you, immediately.
7. Can you guarantee my realistic panda plush will arrive by a certain date?
When you need a realistic panda plush by a certain date, please contact us at hello@pandafactoryshop.com and we will let you know if it is possible.
8. Can I return my panda bear?
Each lifelike panda plush is made by hand that is unique and exclusive. Therefore, all realistic panda plushies sales are final. We can't offer you a refund, return or exchange for handmade products.
